Cash on Delivery and Online Payment Policy
Rahamco provides multiple payment methods for industrial and commercial orders, including conditional cash-on-delivery services and secure online payment gateways, designed to improve transaction security and operational efficiency.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
The cash-on-delivery option is available only under specific operational conditions and is automatically determined by the order-processing system based on shipment type, order value, and logistics method.
Payment at Delivery Location
If COD is approved for the order, the customer may complete the payment at the delivery address using a bank card through a portable POS terminal.
COD Restrictions
- Orders containing heavy or oversized equipment
- Total order value exceeding 60 million IRR
- Orders divided into multiple shipments
- Shipments dispatched through freight or postal carriers
Online Payment Procedure
Secure Online Payment Gateway
Customers may complete their payment online during checkout through a secure banking gateway. Successful payment automatically finalizes the order and initiates the preparation and shipment process.
Order Confirmation and Processing
Once the payment is successfully completed, no additional confirmation is required. The order proceeds automatically to inventory allocation, packaging, and logistics coordination.
Priority Processing Advantage
Orders paid online are prioritized within the processing queue, which may reduce preparation and dispatch time compared to other payment methods.
Required Information for Online Payments
Bank Card Information
- 16-digit card number
- CVV2 security code
- Card expiry date
Dynamic Password
A dynamic second password (one-time password) is required for secure online transactions. Customers should activate this service through their issuing bank.
Refund Policy
Registered Bank Card Requirement
Customers must register a bank card belonging to the Rahamco account holder. For customers under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian’s bank card may be registered.
Refund Destination Policy
Refunds are processed exclusively to the registered bank card associated with the customer account. Registering a card number constitutes acceptance of the related financial transaction responsibility.
Card Information Verification
If discrepancies exist between the registered card details and the payment source, the transaction may require additional verification and supporting documentation before the amount is returned to the original payment method.
COD Delivery Procedure
Portable POS Payment Requirement
Orders approved for cash-on-delivery are completed exclusively through portable POS devices at the delivery location. Customers may use any bank card connected to the national Shetab banking network for payment processing.
