Can I Pay for My Order at My Residence or Workplace?

Cash on Delivery

The Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method for Rahamco online store orders is offered only under specific conditions and is determined intelligently by our system.

If this option is available for your order, you can pay the total amount upon delivery using a bank card and a portable POS (card reader) device.

Please note that COD is not available under the following conditions:

• Your order includes heavy or bulky items.
• The total order amount exceeds 60 million IRR.
• Your order consists of more than one shipment (parcel).
• Your order is shipped via postal service or freight.

Online Payment

Rahamco customers can complete their payment online during the checkout process via a secure payment gateway. A successful payment is equivalent to finalizing your order, and you will immediately receive a confirmation message via SMS or notification.

Once the payment is completed, there is no need to reconfirm—it will automatically proceed to the order preparation and shipping stages.

Please note that selecting online payment speeds up the order processing and prioritizes your shipment.

For online payments, you will need:

• Card Number (the 16-digit number printed on your bank card)
• Dynamic Second Password (one-time password for online payments; if not activated, please visit your bank’s ATM or branch to enable it)
• CVV2 (the 3- or 4-digit security code printed on the card)
• Expiry Date (printed on the card; if not available, contact your issuing bank)

Refund Policy

• Customers must register a bank card number in their profile that belongs to the account holder of the Rahamco account.
• For customers under 18 years old, the card number of a parent (preferably the father) can be registered.
• In case a refund is necessary, the amount will be returned only to the registered card. Registering a card number constitutes acceptance of responsibility for financial transactions related to this matter.
• If there is a mismatch between the registered card details and the card used for payment, Rahamco will return the amount to the original payment source after verification and submission of relevant documents from the cardholder.

Order Delivery for COD Payments

Orders with cash on delivery will only be delivered using a portable POS device, and customers can make payment with any card that is part of the Shetab banking network.
