Terms and Conditions for Product Return and Warranty Service

How to Send a Product for Return or Warranty Service

  • Before taking any action, please contact Rahamco’s After-Sales Support Team.
  • Do not ship any product without prior coordination with Rahamco’s after-sales department.
  • The product must be sent in its original box/carton along with all accessories (such as cables, remote control, batteries, user manual, warranty card, and packaging components) properly and securely packaged.
  • If your order included a gift and you are returning the entire order, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Placing labels, writing notes, or making any marks on the original product box/carton — or causing any damage to it — will void your eligibility for product return service. (For necessary notes, please use the back of your invoice or a separate sheet of paper.)
  • If sending via Registered Express Post, take a photo of the postal receipt and send it to Info@rahamco.com.
  • If the product has any security measures (password, Apple ID, pattern lock, etc.), you must deactivate and remove them before sending, so that Rahamco’s technicians can test and inspect the product.

Return Process by Location

For Isfahan Residents:

  • By arranging with Rahamco’s call center, you can hand over the product to Rahamco’s pickup agents.
  • Do not write addresses directly on the original product box; if necessary, place it inside another carton for shipping.

For Residents of Other Cities:

  • Use Registered Express Post with cash-on-delivery option for return shipping.
  • If your local post office does not offer this service, please send the product and email a photo of the postal receipt to us.

Return Cost Policy

  • Orders shipped via Rahamco Express or partner sellers may incur a return shipping fee if a return request is submitted. This cost will be displayed in your account during the return request process.
  • Once the returned product is received and approved, the return cost will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount will be transferred to your account.
  • If a technical defect or product discrepancy is confirmed by Rahamco’s after-sales team, all shipping costs will be covered by Rahamco. Just send us the postal receipt photo to Info@rahamco.com to receive the shipping cost refund.
  • Return shipping for premium members (under special offers or Rahamco’s loyalty club) will be free of charge.

Submitting and Tracking a Return Request

  • Log into your profile and go to the “Delivered Orders” section to submit a return request.
  • Or use the “Contact Us” page, select “After-Sales Service” as the subject, and send your message.
  • We recommend submitting your return request online for faster processing and tracking.

Note: Always include your order tracking number in all correspondence for quicker resolution.
