Rahamco Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery service ensures fast and reliable shipping within Isfahan and many other major cities across Iran. By choosing Express Delivery, your order will be delivered within 24 working hours, provided the item is in stock at our warehouse.

If the product needs to be transferred from the seller’s warehouse to the central warehouse, delivery time will be calculated based on the transfer duration and you will be notified.

Cash on Delivery

For your convenience, you can pay for your order upon delivery using a mobile POS device.

In some cases or locations, Cash on Delivery may not be available, and this will be indicated during the checkout process.

Cities Covered by Express Delivery

Currently, this service is available in:

Isfahan, Tehran, Karaj, Tabriz, Mashhad, Ahvaz, Shiraz, Kerman, Bandar Abbas, Zahedan, Rasht, Qom, Yazd, Qazvin, Zanjan, Ardabil, Gorgan, Urmia, Arak, Khorramabad, Nowshahr, Babol, Hamedan, and other large cities.

If you live in one of these cities, you can choose your preferred delivery time.

During peak seasons or promotional events, delivery times may vary — any changes will be communicated during order placement.

Note: Orders that cannot be shipped by air (such as certain restricted items in Mashhad, Ahvaz, Shiraz, etc.) will require 3–5 working days for delivery based on distance. We recommend placing such items in a separate cart so other products can be shipped as scheduled.

Important Notes for Delivery

• A valid ID is required; delivery is only made to the profile owner or the person listed in the order.

• Items are delivered to the main entrance of the building — couriers are not authorized to enter the premises.

• For footwear orders, you may try on the size at the time of delivery.

• Always check the quantity and physical condition of items upon delivery.

  • For supermarket orders, do not accept items if any defect is detected.

• Supermarket orders are delivered directly to the apartment unit door.

• Delivery to public places (cafes, hotels, etc.) is not permitted — please enter a valid and complete address.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery in Isfahan and other cities: 59,000 Toman

• Supermarket Orders: 19,000 Toman

• For cities not covered by Express Delivery, shipping will be via Pishtaz Post within 4 working days (Cost: 59,000 Toman).

• Heavy/bulky items are shipped via freight, with cost calculated and displayed during checkout.

Special Notes for Heavy Items

• Shipping cost is based on weight and dimensions and will be shown at checkout.

• Delivery is only to the main entrance — unpacking and installation must be done by an authorized technician.

• Delivery time for freight shipments is 3–14 working days and may increase during peak service periods.
