1. Returns
Products can only be returned in accordance with the terms and deadlines specified in Rahamco’s return policy.
Before initiating a return, please contact our after-sales service team for guidance.
All returns are reviewed upon submission of valid documentation and, if approved, will be refunded or exchanged according to our policies.
2. User Privacy
By using Rahamco’s services, you accept our privacy policy and fully comply with relevant personal data protection regulations.
Data collection and storage are carried out according to national laws, and the security of your information is guaranteed.
Users may view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time.
3. Reporting Errors and System Issues
If you encounter any technical problems or bugs, please describe the issue in detail (and, if possible, attach a screenshot) and share it with our technical support team for prompt resolution.
4. Purchasing and Order Placement Guide
After selecting your desired products or services, add them to your shopping cart and carefully fill in all required information (such as address, personal details, and contact number) to ensure your order is processed and tracked.
5. Order Delivery Terms
Once payment is confirmed or your order is finalized, orders will be shipped on schedule in cooperation with selected courier companies.

6. Payment Methods
Customers can pay online through secure bank gateways, as well as use cash-on-delivery (if available).
Frequently Asked Question: Can I pay upon delivery?
Cash-on-delivery is only available under certain conditions—for light items and orders below 60,000,000 IRR (6,000,000 Toman) with no multiple packages.
For heavy items, bulk orders, or high-value purchases, only online or advance payment is accepted.
7. Online Payment Terms
During the order process, customers can choose the online payment option via a secure bank gateway.
A successful payment through the gateway constitutes a finalized order, and a confirmation SMS will be sent to the customer.
Required payment details: 16-digit card number, dynamic password, CVV2, and card expiration date.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of their entered details; any errors or complications resulting from incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed to the registered bank card in the customer’s Rahamco profile.
If the customer is under 18, a parent’s card number can be registered.
If there is a mismatch between the bank card and the profile owner’s name, after document verification, Rahamco will only refund to the card used for the original payment.
All delivery agents are equipped with POS devices to facilitate in-person payments.
