Are the products sold on Rahamco original?

At Rahamco, in addition to items directly supplied by the company, some sellers also operate within our Marketplace platform.

To meet the needs of all customer groups and increase product variety, certain items may not be manufactured by the original producer and may be sold at a lower price compared to the genuine version.

For full transparency and to protect our customers’ right to make informed choices, such products are clearly labeled as “Non-Original” on the website.

Therefore, only products without the “Non-Original” label are guaranteed by Rahamco to be authentic and original. All such products are offered with their official and valid warranty.

Companies officially recognized by the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade as legal importers — and whose names are listed on the ministry’s website — are required to provide valid warranties and after-sales services. Warranties issued by these companies are considered valid, enabling customers to distinguish approved warranties from unofficial ones.

All products on the Rahamco website that include a warranty card are guaranteed by the official representatives of their respective brands in Iran, and are imported legally with the necessary licenses and permits.

Please note: Once a warranted product is delivered to the customer and the 7-day return period (unused) has expired, any hardware or software issues — or other defects — will be handled exclusively by the relevant warranty service provider. Rahamco assumes no responsibility for after-sales service in such cases.
